CO-VER and Idex: a strategic alliance that dives into the future of energy transition.

After twenty years of activity in the energy efficiency sector, CO-VER has entered into a partnership with Idex, a large independent energy French group, leader in the energy transition.

This union arouse from the convergence of vision between the two companies on energy transition issues, wanting to operate as active players in achieving decarbonization and energy independence objectives in Italy and Europe.

Idex is a historic French group with a turnover of 2.1 billion euros in 2025 and 6,400 employees. Founded in 1963, it develops, designs, finances, builds and manages local low-carbon energy infrastructures for the supply of heat and electricity to buildings, cities and industries: in 2025 it has tied up 360 million euros to finance infrastructures in France.

Idex is a “benefit company” – a company that has a business model with objectives that go beyond mere economic profit, including also social and environmental purposes, for common benefits.

This partnership represents a new phase of growth for CO-VER, strengthening investment opportunities, expanding the possibilities for technological development and supporting its mission with even more determination: to create economic, social and environmental value from energy.

CO-VER will continue to maintain its identity, its agility, its territories rooting and its know-how, while benefiting from all the synergies generated by the partnership with a large European group.
