Operation & Maintenance (O&M)


CO-VER Power Technology offers medium/long-term contracts for operation supervision, management and maintenance of thermal power plants, cogeneration/trigeneration plants and industrial plants in general.

Plant operators and maintainers of CO-VER Power Technology can make use of in-house staff skills and request field assistance to implement supervisory systems to monitor energy consumption and to identify solutions aimed at optimizing fuel consumption. CO-VER Power Technology also offers remote monitoring services and remote assistance, aimed at supporting the Client's personnel involved in running the facilities.

Maintenance know-how, in addition to management activity, is based on the skills acquired at the owned assets, ranging from routine activities to specialized operations such as maintenance of motor generators; in addition CO-VER Power Technology offers maintenance of high voltage electrical substations (including periodic checks), carried out by its own highly qualified personnel using specialist equipment.

    In all workplaces (Legislative Decree no. 81/08 Art.86 paragraph 1).

    In all plants (also for civilian use) falling within the scope of D.M. 37/08 article 8 paragraph 2.

  • Is it mandatory to keep records of maintenance checks?

    Yes, in all workplaces (Legislative Decree no. 81/08 Art.86 paragraph 3).

  • Can maintenance carried out in accordance with the Legislative Decree 81/08 be used in alternative to the checks required by the Presidential Decree 462/01?

    No, these are additional activities (both mandatory) which are carried out using methods and tests focusing on different aspects and with a largely different scope.
