"SCHOOL AND JOB ALTERNATION": LITTLE PROFESSIONAL WORKERS GROW UP

Also this year CO-VER Power Technology accepted with pleasure to host the students for the project "school and job alternation", mandatory for the italian students.

In fact, since 2015, the project "school and job alternation" is part of the school program for the Italian school system of the last three years of the Lyceum.

For two students coming from a mechanical path, the first one from the “L.Cobianchi” Institute of Verbania and the second one from the Omar Institute of Novara, the experience will be held in the trigeneration Power Plant (about 11 MWe) in Novara, owned by CO-VER Power Technology.

The students, after attending a safety course focusing the risks of the power plant in Novara, started to be involved in the daily operations, always with their tutors, respecting the daily schedule as per the aghreement with their schools.

A third student, a girl coming from Liceo “G.Galilei” in Borgomanero/Gozzano, will start at the end of June the project "school and job alternation“ in the offices of the Headquarter in Verbania, with a plan to allow her to have an overview of the company and a first vision of the world of work.

At the end of the programs, the valuation forms will be filled with results compared with the goals given.
